• Responsible for administering sales reports and client activity for Product Sales Support • Provides analytical support and prepares standard sales forecasts and reports • Acts as a resource for less experienced colleagues

Requirements

• Develops and manages a sales reporting system • Coordinates maintenance of reports and recommends system changes • Provides detailed reports to the sales force • Performs daily clerical and statistical reporting • Generates project estimates • Captures and updates reporting materials • Ability to analyze cross-functional data • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Knowledge of sales tools and automation software • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Proficiency in public speaking • Regular attendance and ability to work flexible hours
