• The COL is responsible for the operational health of their customer(s) and delivery excellence across NCRV. • Building strong relationship with customer leadership, NCRV Sales & Account teams. • Drive performance in critical KPIs including On-Time In Full (OTIF). • Schedule and conduct regular meetings with customers to review delivery quality.
• 5+ years of experience in Operations. • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline such as engineering. • Experience in negotiating contract, managing relationships to ensure the quality of work and customer satisfaction. • Proven ability to transform clients into strategic partnerships. • Domestic and International travel required. • English + German language capabilities required.
