Description

• Responsible for building client relationships to generate new demand, secure revenue and improve client retention for NCR Atleos within an assigned portfolio. • Develop account strategies, portfolio retention plan and maintain a sales pipeline of reasonable opportunities in a transparent manner. • Create in-depth proposals and execute to close new sales and renewal opportunities within assigned portfolio in partnership with other account team members. • Conduct regularly cadence of communications with clients to discuss key service topics, review projects in queue, growth opportunities and share industry best practices. • Act as an escalation point for clients and work with internal departments to ensure company meets client’s expectations. • Strategically focus on improving client satisfaction by reviewing company practices and internally communicating recommended improvements. • Work in a virtual team setting to coordinate the appropriate resources to meet client’s needs. • Onboard new clients in partnership with NCR Atleos' project teams. • Maintain and oversee internal client data systems. • Represent NCR Atleos at key customer meetings, trade shows and sponsored events. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 5 years experience in financial institution and/or ATM industry with relationship management functions • 5 years experience in sales with successful demonstration against quota assignment • Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently while prioritizing • High-energy, results-oriented individual with ability to function independently with minimum supervision. • Advanced PowerPoint skills to create professional presentations and advanced Excel capabilities (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, Macros) for data analysis. • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills to be used in continuous client-facing activities • Demonstrated ability to work remotely in an independent manner with minimal supervision in a virtual team setting. • Self-motivated, flexible, and possesses a positive attitude with the ability to create rapport with customer and stakeholders • Background in ATMs, banking, card processing, alternative payments, prepaid and technology.
