β’ High School Diploma or Equivalent β’ Three years of experience in a complaint type customer service office setting β’ An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for this requirement β’ Availability for training 9-12 Weeks in length β’ Basic medical/dental terminology and contract interpretation is a plus
