Description

ā€¢ We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our North America sales team. ā€¢ This role will primarily be focused on the Design (primarily fashion and print) segment. ā€¢ Prospect into medium-sized and enterprise brands and retailers. ā€¢ Expand relationship reach and depth into existing and new accounts. ā€¢ Own the sales process from creating and qualifying leads to executing agreements. ā€¢ Work closely with Sales Development Representatives and the Marketing team on lead generation campaigns and Sales Qualified Lead management. ā€¢ Construct and execute sales presentations in person, virtually, at trade shows and customer events. ā€¢ Must be willing to travel as required. ā€¢ Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms by selling value and ROI, for both new bookings and annual renewals. ā€¢ Advance opportunities through a defined sales process, managing pipeline and continuously improving conversion rates and sales cycles. ā€¢ Collaborate with internal resources, both international and domestic colleagues across functions, to expand deal size and value to the customer. ā€¢ Provide price quotations, suggest products to meet customer requirements, and ensure orders are properly processed. ā€¢ Acquire and grow industry and product knowledge; share insights with product, customer success, and other internal teams.

Requirements

ā€¢ Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field. ā€¢ 5+ years of direct B2B software sales experience. ā€¢ Experience managing channels is a plus. ā€¢ Prior experience in textile, apparel, home furnishings, or related industries is a plus. ā€¢ Prior experience in CAD software is a plus. ā€¢ Results-driven with demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. ā€¢ Excellent hunting and negotiation skills, comfortable communicating effectively with C-suite and employees at all levels. ā€¢ Experience in working with and influencing other people through exceptional management, interpersonal, written and presentation skills in English (Spanish is a plus.) ā€¢ Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. ā€¢ Strong work ethic and ability to work well with little supervision. ā€¢ Ability to report on deals and pipe and to forecast effectively. ā€¢ Working knowledge of HubSpot a plus.
