Our People Make the Difference. • As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage the entire lifecycle of recruitment to bring top talent into our fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Key responsibilities include managing sourcing, interviewing, candidate coordination, and offer negotiation. • Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand and address evolving staffing needs. • Bring your expertise to develop and continuously improve recruiting strategies, tools, and processes. • Identify and engage with passive, niche candidates within the Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Salesforce implementation partner domains. • Use Greenhouse to monitor candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and ensure a seamless process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment. • 3+ years of experience recruiting within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce Revenue Cloud and/or consulting environments. • Proven ability to source and engage specialized, passive candidates in niche markets. • Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and relationships quickly. • Expertise in ATS platforms, particularly Greenhouse, and recruitment metrics tracking.
