• 3+ years of RN recruiting experience. • Great communication skills that help you work with product and engineering to make hires come to life. • A bias toward action and execution. You get nervous if you’re not talking to candidates, tweaking flows or polishing the JDs and scripts that represent the work that helps us find great people. • Exceptional skills with recruiting tools. We use Ashby, but are willing to invest in anything else needed to execute. • Intuition on what it takes to win. • Curiosity for what matters to the organization on a deep level. • Comfort with ambiguity.
