Requirements
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or a related field. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau). • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to design and deliver effective training programs. • Knowledge of talent management practices and strategies. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
