Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or a related field. β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. β€’ Proficiency with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau). β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills. β€’ Ability to design and deliver effective training programs. β€’ Knowledge of talent management practices and strategies. β€’ Strong leadership and team management skills. β€’ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
