Description

β€’ Provide first-line support and troubleshoot technical problems users experience β€’ Coordinate root-cause analysis and resolution of high-complexity issues β€’ Ensure users have a positive experience using Neon Postgres β€’ Listen to users' experiences and advocate for their needs β€’ Work with APIs, REST payloads, and integrations to resolve user issues β€’ Collaborate with teams to ensure service levels and support quality β€’ Contribute to internal projects, including software development of support tools

Requirements

β€’ At least 4+ years in a technical support role for cloud products β€’ Experience supporting developer tools β€’ Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English β€’ Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills needed β€’ Ability to diagnose and fix technical issues in a timely manner β€’ Ability to follow standard engineering principles and practices β€’ Experience in working with teams across multiple locations β€’ Ability to think on your feet and solve problems in real-time β€’ Strong aptitude for learning new technologies
