• NeoWork is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Analyst to join our team. • Responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights. • Generate reports that contribute to the strategic decision-making process. • Play a crucial role in driving data-driven strategies and optimizing business operations for clients. • Must have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and communication skills.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Reporting Analyst or in a similar analytical role • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data • Proficiency in using reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI • Ability to create automations in generating reports and creation of client dashboard (e.g. Looker Studio) • Experience in data analysis and visualization • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities • Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment • Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity. • Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.
