📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals focused on the install base. • Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching. • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue from the existing customer base. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. • Oversee the management of customer contracts, renewals, and expansions. • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred. • 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role. • Proven experience in ERP sales leadership and management. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership. • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
