β€’ Lead a team of Account Executives to drive sales in North America. β€’ Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within assigned markets. β€’ Manage the sales process from end to end, from lead generation to contract signature. β€’ Lead and mentor a team of 2 to 4 Account Executives.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Minimum 5 - 7 years of enterprise sales experience working within a SaaS company in a critical product scale-up phase with long-cycle sales. β€’ You ideally have an experience in a "Startup" environment (not only in medium or large organizations). β€’ You are comfortable in mapping complex organizations to identify key stakeholders to reach out to and influence. β€’ You have a deep interest, or even better experience, in Sustainability.
