Evangelize Netradyne to end users, most importantly drivers and front-line supervisors. β’ Create and deliver effective onsite and web-based training and best practice presentations. β’ Partner with the account team in developing and implementing key goals, objectives, and success criteria for each trial. β’ Act as a subject matter expert and consult on topics including product workflows, change management, communication strategy, risk management, and coaching techniques. β’ Design and configure the Driverβ’i platform to meet the unique needs of the client and ensure it solves their problems. β’ Assist (if needed) with installations of Driverβ’i devices for executive demo POCs. β’ Ensure a holistic handoff to Customer Success and Deployment - both technical (SE) and practical (Trial Success) of our largest, most complex deployments.
4+ years of experience working with sales prospects in a customer and/or trial success capacity (SaaS and Hardware experience is a plus). β’ Experience working sales opportunities > $500K ARR.
