Description
• Perform analytics to influence decisions • Apply analysis skills to mine through data and communicate results • Analyze visitor behavior patterns to predict impact of changes • Identify opportunities for testing to increase conversion rate • Develop standardized procedures for web business reporting • Publish and maintain website performance dashboards and reports • Provide insight into site visitor behavior to inform design changes • Assist in A/B testing analysis for conversion rate optimization • Monitor customer behavior and assist with determining root causes • Identify opportunities to optimize web page performance
Requirements
• 4+ years corporate experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field • Background supporting E-Commerce site/corporation strongly preferred • Expertise using web analytics and optimization tools (Adobe, Google Analytics, etc.) • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel or similar for data manipulation and visualization • Experience with experimental design and statistical analysis • Deep understanding of customer behavior and marketing psychology • Strong in statistical concepts and data science methodologies • Experience working with large SQL databases • Experience with digital marketing channel analysis (PPC, SEO, Display, Social) • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent • Desire to work collaboratively
