Description

• Develop and maintain performance dashboards for SEO and video channel performance • Analyze visitor behavior and identify optimization opportunities • Provide insights to enhance SEO strategies • Work with cross-functional teams for data tracking and analysis

Requirements

• 4+ years of corporate experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field • Background supporting E-Commerce sites or corporations is strongly preferred • Experience working with large and complex SQL databases • Expertise in one or more leading web analytics and optimization tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 360, Optimizely, etc.) • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel or similar tools (e.g., Tableau) for data manipulation and visualization is required • Familiarity with experimental design and statistical analysis to drive business decision-making • A deep understanding of customer behavior, sales and marketing psychology, ROI analysis, and design/testing methodologies • Strong grasp of statistical concepts and data science methodologies • Experience with digital marketing channel analysis (PPC, SEO, Display, Social) • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, MIS, Mathematics, Business, or another quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment • A sense of humor and a positive attitude are always appreciated
