📋 Description

• As a ServiceNow Solution Architect – HRSD for our Employee Practice, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services, for large client programs. • The Solution Architect is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Software Engineers on projects and aligning project tasks to engineers’ skill set. • As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for hosting workshops, architecting, designing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. • The Solution Architect will provide technical pre-sales support and input regarding solutions, structure, and growth for complex professional services projects. • The candidate will join an existing team working within the US and Canada.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and application development space. • 5+ years of client facing consulting experience. • 5+ years of leadership level experience with Enterprise Management tools and IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow (or BMC Remedy, etc.) • Experience with ServiceNow HRSD products (strongly preferred). • Demonstrated Enterprise Architecture skills, especially in Enterprise System Management and IT Service Management space including the ability to socialize ideas, make recommendations and gather team consensus to move projects forward. • Passion in engineering science and technology. Applying principles and techniques to the design implementation of customer solutions. • Collaboration with customers is something you love to do! Including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. • Thrives in strategic planning, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. • Experience with IT systems and technology platforms • Adapts quickly in a fast-paced environment!
