📋 Description

• Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with correspondent mortgage banking clients. • Train and educate clients on Newfi’s Correspondent Lending platform, including our products, programs, and processes. • Drive, maintain and grow strong, goal-focused funded production levels. • Conduct regular meetings and account visits to reinforce Newfi’s value proposition and ensure client engagement. • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for your clients, delivering outstanding service and support. • Monitor pipeline activity and ensure timely delivery and funding of loans. • Track and manage expiring rate locks within your client base to minimize fallout. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient loan process from submission through funding. • Be well versed in Newfi’s product offerings, while staying current on industry trends, and regulatory changes impacting correspondent lending.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, specifically in correspondent lending. • Non-QM Product Sales experience preferred. • Proven track record as an Account Executive, Relationship Manager, or similar client-facing role. • Strong understanding of Delegated and Non-Delegated correspondent lending processes. • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. • Established client base. • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. • Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about delivering a high level of service. • High degree of accountability and professional integrity.
