Description

• Responsible for generating leads, managing sales pipelines, and closing deals. • Communicate with customers and make outbound calls. • Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities. • Answer potential customers' questions and send additional information via email. • Stay up-to-date with product and service information. • Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers. • Explain and demonstrate features of products and services. • Research and qualify new leads. • Close sales and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED • Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position is preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask • Exceptional phone and cold calling skills • Strong listening and sales skills • Ability to achieve targets • Highly analytical in problem-solving with the ability to apply innovative thinking • Computer-savvy and sales-oriented mindset • Prior experience selling technology products/outsourcing resources (SaaS products are a plus)
