• Nextworld is a high-growth software development company looking to hire a Senior Enterprise Account Executive. • Responsible for nurturing existing accounts and hunting for new accounts across your defined territory. • Focus on activities to drive the sale of Nextworld’s solutions throughout new and existing accounts. • Coordinate with a varied group of company resources to drive opportunities to closure. • Close deals independently, engage at all levels of prospect organizations, and achieve sales targets. • Execute full-cycle sales including territory planning, pipeline generation, and customer engagement. • Develop and implement territory-wide business and sales action plans to achieve sales quota.
• Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree • 5+ year track record of selling complex software solutions with a demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas. • Skill and ability to analyze customers’ workflow, assess challenges, and determine where the ROI is most effective. • Proven ability to leverage existing C-level relationships and operate in a highly competitive environment. • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (25% annual average) to customer sites. • Must possess a high level of energy and positive attitude • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent ability to establish rapport with customers and colleagues. • Preferred Qualifications: • Knowledge of native Cloud ERP and/or No-Code software market. • Demonstrated experience selling software in the supply chain, distribution, procurement, manufacturing, or inventory-dependent services industries.
