Description

• We’re a small team building an AI-powered hiring platform for manufacturing workers and companies. • We have an opportunity to build for a market that silicon valley often overlooks — 10 million Americans + 600K manufacturing businesses. • We're looking for a 10X Growth/Ops person to join the founding team. • You'll have high autonomy and the opportunity to shape our company’s growth strategy from the ground up. • This role is crucial in scaling our operations and platform, driving growth, and giving our users + customers a 5-star experience. • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing workers at manufacturing companies. • Streamline and improve operational processes to ensure efficiency and scalability. You’ll dive into the details, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions that drive results. • Run and scale go-to-market strategies, including outbound sales, SEO, organic social, and referral programs. • Use data and analytics to inform your decisions, track performance, and measure the success of your growth and operational initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, sales, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • 2+ years of experience in consulting, staffing, operations, sales, customer success, working at a startup, business development, or related roles • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes with a “no task too small” mentality. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights and make data-driven decisions. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, workers, and internal stakeholders. • You have demonstrated proficiency in data and software tools, including creating staffing models, task tracking, work allocation, analytical and administrative software. • You know how to use the following well — excel, powerpoint, analytics tools etc.
