Description

• Manage the implementation, optimization, and integration of the NetSuite ERP system across multiple departments. • Lead end-to-end project management for NetSuite ERP projects, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure. • Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and end-users, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. • Guide and support cross-functional teams throughout all project phases, including initiation, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch. • Coordinate project meetings, including sprint events, to foster effective communication and collaboration. • Maintain continuous communication with all project members, including senior leaders, to monitor deliverables and progress. • Identify, manage, and mitigate project-related issues, dependencies, and risks. • Collaborate with and manage vendors, including ensuring resources are allocated efficiently. • Provide feedback, updates, and support to foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience, including at least 5 years managing NetSuite or other ERP implementations. • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, including finance, CRM, inventory management, and supply chain. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget. • Proven track record in managing enterprise projects from start to finish. • Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable. • Experience with both waterfall and Agile project management methodologies. • Proficient in budget management. • Ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing project team.
