• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll management, preferably with US clients. • Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Gusto, QuickBooks) and accounting tools (e.g., Xero, Netsuite). • Strong knowledge of US payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
