• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • 5+ years of accounting experience, including working with UK clients or firms. • Advanced proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Dext. • Experience with payroll systems like BrightPay, Gusto, or similar tools. • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Effective written and verbal English communication skills. • Reliable high-speed internet connection and home office setup.
