Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. • Proven experience in workforce analysis or similar roles, preferably in the accounting industry. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. • Proficiency in workforce management software and Microsoft Excel. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to data accuracy and quality. • Ability to work collaboratively across various departments and teams.
