• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Brand Advertising, Media Agency, and/or Business Development. • Strong understanding of CTV advertising landscape and user behavior. • Ability to operate with excellence in managing agency business at scale. • Strategic operator with a service mindset and high emotional intelligence. • Strong executive presence and ability to engage key decision-makers at all levels. • Expertise in developing and delivering high-impact presentations. • Comfortable working through ambiguity and leveraging data to inform strategies. • Passion for the advertising industry and staying current with market trends.
