Description

• Accountable for behavioral health practitioner outreach and network recruitment. • Maintain effective relationships with the behavioral health professional provider community. • Analyze membership and geographical access by BH Specialty for targeted recruitment. • Provide input to behavioral health special payment arrangement contract renewals. • Educate behavioral health practitioners on Horizon's products and services. • Engage in proactive outreaches to high volume behavioral health groups. • Analyze provider related information to strengthen relationships. • Initiate communication to troubleshoot complex claim situations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required. • Bachelor degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree. • Minimum of five (5) years healthcare experience, preferably with provider or client focus/interaction. • Strongly prefer experience in healthcare provider recruitment. • Prefers behavioral health related experience in the healthcare/insurance industry. • Requires knowledge of healthcare industry. • Requires knowledge of New Jersey behavioral health provider community. • Prefers knowledge of HBCBSNJ programs, products and procedures.
