📋 Description

• Provide services at the Wekweètì Store, Motel and Gas Station • Learn the ins/outs of the store (office, cash register, freight, etc.) • Price merchandise, stock shelves, and rotate stock • Pull stock approaching best before date to put on sale • Use the Point-of-Sale system to process customer purchases/returns and receive payments by cash, credit or debit • Count and record daily cash outs • Assist in training new employees • Pick up/transport freight from airport when required • Act as Supervisor in the absence of the Community Operations Manager • General administrative duties including taking motel reservations, invoicing and processing payments • Assist in training new employees • Monitor and order food and supplies • Ensure food and other items are stored properly • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen • Fill customer vehicles with the appropriate type of fuel • Maintain records of fuel sales • Follow all safety guidelines and company policies • Monitor fuel levels

🎯 Requirements

• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills • Good computer skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Ability to maintain confidentiality in the workplace • Previous experience in similar fields • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to follow direction and take initiative • Be proactive to manage time and keep busy • Must be reliable/dependable/trustworthy • Can learn quickly • Ability to work cooperatively in a team as well as independently with limited supervision • Commitment to honesty • Flexible/adaptable; willingness to embrace change • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 – 30 lbs • Ability to speak and understand the Tlicho language is a strong asset • Class 5 driver’s license required; Class 3/airbrakes considered a strong asset • Willingness to obtain AVOP certification
