📋 Description
• Erstellung des monatlichen Reportings für das C-Level-Management in Power BI und Excel • Unterstützung bei Investor Relations, insbesondere beim Reporting an unsere Investoren • Mitarbeit an Business Planung, Forecast und Budgeterstellung • Durchführung von Plan-Ist-Abgleichen und Abweichungsanalysen mit Handlungsvorschlägen • Optimierung des Working Capital und Cash Flow Managements • Automatisierung von Datenflüssen und Prozessen sowie Prozessoptimierung mit relevanten Tools • Datenabgleich und Bereinigung zwischen verschiedenen Systemen • Ausbau unserer Revenue Operations und Sales Controllings • Erstellung und Optimierung von relevanten Reports in Power BI • Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Analysen
🎯 Requirements
• 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung im Finanzbereich, idealerweise in einem Startup-Umfeld • Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in MS Excel (Formeln, Pivot-Tabellen) • Erfahrung mit Power BI oder ähnlichen Tools wie Tableau zur Erstellung von Dashboards • Basiswissen in externer Rechnungslegung (HGB – Grundkenntnisse zu GuV, Bilanz und Cashflow) • Erfahrung mit Rechnungslegung (intern und extern) • SQL-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil • Analytische Denkweise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
