•We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to drive client relationships, expand business opportunities, and ensure seamless service delivery within a specific market. •You will play a key role in growing partnerships, particularly with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), employer groups, brokers and consultants while identifying new revenue opportunities through additional product offerings. •You will serve as the primary post-implementation contact, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
•2-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within health benefits, healthcare fintech, or TPAs. •Deep expertise in Nomi’s product suite, including Analytics, Network, PBM, Payments, and Financial Services. •Strong understanding of the TPA ecosystem and healthcare industry dynamics. •Proven track record of client retention, expansion, and upselling. •Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. •Ability to work both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
