• The Senior Account Executive (SAE) owns the relationship between the agency and those clients assigned, taking the lead in clients’ marketing and advertising strategies and liaising between them and the agency on a day-to-day basis. • The SAE collaborates closely with the agency’s internal teams to build strategy and execute, manage, deliver, and analyze each client's marketing campaigns. • This position reports directly to the Vice President of Accounts.
• 8-10 years of professional experience, direct experience in an agency setting is preferred • Experience managing creative teams and projects such as brand development, digital and traditional marketing campaigns, print collateral, broadcast, and more • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field • Higher education industry experience is a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with an ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of management • Proven track record managing multiple, complex projects from conception through implementation • Excellent client engagement and relationship management skills • Proficiency in Mac software programs • Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) • Ability to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment
