Description
• Lead Epic Community Connect projects for Nordic clients • Communicate effectively with executives, peers, and project team members • Excel at effectively guiding projects and teams to successful project completion • Partner with clients in all phases of Community Connect projects • Build Community Connect solutions that meet client business needs and community partner needs • Effectively lead and mentor teammates to deliver high quality Connect implementations • Create and adopt standards, policies, and best practices related to Community Connect implementations
Requirements
• Three or more years of experience as project manager for Community Connect implementations • Passion for guiding healthcare organizations through the challenges and opportunities of a rapidly-evolving environment • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting customer service commitments and project timelines • At least 5 years Epic project manager experience • Experience with managing multiple types and sizes of Epic projects
