📋 Description
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for WS_FTP, KiteWorks and Box.com environments • Manage file transfer processes, account requests and troubleshooting • Support transition to KiteWorks environment • Work closely with customers on account management policies • Support general IT activities related to file transfer protocols
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree and 2 or more years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience • Minimum 2-3 years of IT server administration experience • Proven experience in managed file transfer or data integration roles • Strong knowledge of file transfer protocols such as FTP, SFTP and HTTP/S • Familiarity with file encryption and secure file transfer practices • Understanding of network protocols, firewall configurations, and security concepts • Solid knowledge of networking protocols (SFTP/FTP, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, etc.) • Strong understanding of application transport and network infrastructure protocols (DNS, WINS, SSL/TLS, FTP, HTTP and Microsoft Active Directory) and their relationship to user applications • Strong understanding of the administration and day to day support of WS_FTP, Kiteworks and Box.com environment or similar technology
