Description

• Own retention and growth strategy, executive relationship management and strategic alignment • Lead relationship cultivation to surface new verticals and growth areas • Participate in meetings with clients’ leadership team to drive strategic alignment • Define and implement stakeholder mapping and account plans • Own the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to negotiation • Codify account management processes to drive retention and growth • Align internally with sales, deployments, marketing, and solutions teams

Requirements

• 6+ years of management consulting, sales, or strategic account management experience at an enterprise level • Experience understanding enterprise customer needs and translating them into achievable goals • Experience in SaaS companies in the healthcare industry • Experience owning commercial targets and revenue retention/growth • Impeccable verbal, written communication, presentation and articulation skills • Ability to make thoughtful, actionable recommendations and quickly build consensus with senior-level stakeholder
