β€’ Now is an amazing time to join Nozomi Networks as we build the future of OT and IoT Cybersecurity. β€’ As the Regional Sales Director, you will build and own strong relationships with partners, prospects, and customers while evangelizing our value proposition. β€’ Ultimately, you will be responsible for building high growth and repeatable business in your territory. β€’ This role will support the Central region: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, and Wisconsin. β€’ We are looking for someone with proven experience in Enterprise Sales and a strong understanding of channel partners in this region.

Requirements

β€’ Hunter-mindset, with the ability to self-prospect and a go-getter personality β€’ Proven record of consistent, quarterly quota over-achievement β€’ Experience in selling Network Security products, preferably in early-stage growth companies β€’ Understanding of selling SaaS in a subscription model with ACV targets β€’ Direct Sales experience, ideally with industrial automation, controls, or security customers β€’ Strong knowledge of information security principles and networking technologies β€’ Background in OT/IoT with an industrial focus (Oil & Gas, Utility, Manufacturing, etc.) β€’ Background rooted in a strong sales methodology, preferably MEDDIC β€’ Proven experience selling to CIO or CISO teams at large enterprises β€’ Ability to navigate customer contacts and decision-making processes β€’ Experience establishing and fostering strong Channel Partner relationships β€’ Pre-existing relationships with key resellers in the assigned territory β€’ High integrity and adept at the consultative approach for winning customer trust β€’ Sales savvy with good communication, presentation, problem solving and persuasion skills β€’ Good written and spoken English proficiency β€’ Availability and willingness to travel
