• N-Power Medicine aims to establish a new paradigm in drug development • Transforming clinical trials through better integration with clinical practice • Building a multi-disciplinary team in healthcare, engineering, and technology • As Associate Director of Epidemiology, drive development of external control arms • Integrate demographic, clinical, and molecular data across large health systems • Collaborate with partners to develop strategic partnerships with life sciences and health systems • Develop N-Power’s real-world evidence generation platform
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, 8+ years with a Master’s Degree, or 5+ with a PhD in epidemiology • Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or Related field, PhD preferred • Knowledge of RWD study design and execution • Experience with data analysis from observational study designs • Experience with epidemiological, registry, EMR, and claims data • Experience using R, Python, SQL or similar • Experience summarizing data and disseminating insights to multi-disciplinary audiences • Experience managing budget, timelines, and relationships with key stakeholders • Confident in presenting at scientific conferences • Understanding of drug development and regulatory processes • Self-motivated and driven • Comfortable within a growth stage environment • Effective scientific communication, written and verbal • Cancer expertise, strong publication history, and teaching/mentoring experience preferred • Generous, Curious, and Humble
