• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device or academic sector sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role. • Experience working with or selling to academic institutions is highly preferred. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a highly competitive market. • Strong understanding of the academic sector, regulatory requirements, and product lifecycle management. • Excellent leadership and people management skills. • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex scientific concepts. • Proven ability to establish rapport and credibility with academic, research and biopharma professionals. • Self-motivated, with excellent time management and organizational skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends. • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Passion for science and education. • Persistent, resourceful, and adaptable in the face of challenges. • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • High degree of professionalism and ethical behavior. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
