Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in operations, business management, or any business-related field. • 7+ years of experience working in retail planning, preferably with Amazon account experience within an eCommerce company • 5+ years experience with analytics tools, business and shopper insights, and data-driven planning and optimization • Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, advance predictive formulas and Tableau • Hands-on experience delivering and presenting data and insights to Leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business decisions • In depth understanding of retailer reporting platform and forecasting tools (Vendor Central or Seller Central preferred) • Creative thinker and strategist to create unique out of the box solutions for growth • Ability to demonstrate strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
