Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in related field • ServiceNow or equivalent cert required: IT Service Management, Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer Modules • Experience: CMDB, Event Management, Service Mapping, Orchestration, Asset Management • Custom scripting experience • Enterprise Architecture methodologies and frameworks such as ITIL • Knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum • Industry Knowledge in Real Estate and / or Operational Technology Security preferred • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills • Successful sales focused experience • Ability to self motivate and meet sales targets • Excellent relationship building skills and desire to network • Act with integrity • Embrace teamwork • Take care of each other
