Description

• Conduct and lead internal investigations of alleged or suspected violations of the company’s ethical standards or non-compliance with applicable laws, regulations or company policy. • Prepare clear, comprehensive and cohesive investigative reports in a timely manner. • Foster positive relationships with collaborators crucial for achieving success. • Work independently with minimal direction, yet function within the company structure and to build an environment of teamwork and partnership with the team and stakeholders. • Conduct appropriate and effective root cause analysis of non-compliances and suggest accurate action in the control environment to minimize re-occurrence. • Stay up to date on trends relating to fraud, fraud schemes and cyberattacks. • Prioritize and manage multiple global investigations from start to close. • Conduct trainings related to our Code of Conduct and other risk areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. • CPA preferred. • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) required. • 2+ years of investigation - compliance experience. • 5+ years of related experience, working in a global environment. • Must be proficient in English and Spanish. • The ability to speak other languages is a plus. • Proven understanding of financial accounting, global laws/regulations, and best practices. • Experience conducting compliance-related interviews and investigations. • Experience in crafting and delivering compliance related trainings. • Experience in data analytics providing evidence-based insights. • Ability to travel in the U.S. and internationally, sometimes with little notice.
