β€’ Improve availability and reliability of NVIDIA AI Enterprise products. β€’ Drive customer issues related to NVIDIA AI Enterprise deployments. β€’ Collaborate with engineering teams to detail, reproduce, and resolve issues. β€’ Author and incorporate technical solutions into knowledge base. β€’ Research new use cases with GPUs. β€’ Work on an offset schedule to cover Saturday and Sunday for support.

Requirements

β€’ BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. β€’ 8+ years of experience in system software development, cloud infrastructure, and troubleshooting customer issues. β€’ Strong understanding of computer science concepts with excellent knowledge of Python and scripting methodologies. β€’ Proven grasp of datacenter, cloud, and Artificial Intelligence technologies to provide comprehensive solutions for sophisticated installations, maintenance, or operations. β€’ Superb professional-level interpersonal and communication skills, essential for working closely with customers and engineers. β€’ A self-starter with a passion for solving problems, intellectual curiosity, positive approach, flexibility, analytical ability, self-motivation, and a team-oriented attitude. β€’ Experience as a developer and/or support team member addressing customer concerns for large enterprise/service provider customers at a company that produces AI and data analytics software. β€’ Experience developing with C and/or Python. β€’ Background in developing or debugging AI and data analytics software.
