Description

• Join NVision as a Head of Sales for EMEA to drive expansion in medical technology. • Develop and implement sales strategies, identify opportunities, and manage performance. • Ensure customer success and lead a high-performing Sales team. • Collaborate with R&D for product development based on market insights. • Achieve revenue targets and act as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

• Based in Europe or willing to relocate. • Advanced scientific degree, Ph.D. preferred. • Proven track record in medical/scientific technology sales in Europe, experience with capital equipment is a plus. • Proven experience as a Sales Rep or Manager or related positions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. • Willingness to travel up to 30% for conferences and customer visits. • Experience with tender processes a plus, but not mandatory. • Background in imaging is a plus. • Fluent in English; German language skills is a plus.
