Description

•Seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Channel Sales Engineer •Collaborate closely with channel partners as the technical expert •Drive joint sales motions and manage technical enablement •Conduct product demonstrations and discovery sessions •Build and maintain strong technical relationships with partners •Lead discussions on security concerns for enterprise applications •Collaborate to develop Business Requirements Documentation •Answer technical inquiries and fulfill RFI/RFP requirements

Requirements

•2-5 years of experience in Sales Engineering within a B2B SaaS environment •Strong knowledge in contact center technologies such as VoIP, CRM, Workforce Management, or Quality Assurance •Experience collaborating with partners to drive sales opportunities •Skilled at articulating complex technical concepts •Solid foundation in cloud technologies, including SaaS, APIs, AWS, Azure •Excellent communicator, able to adapt to fast-paced startup environments •Creative problem-solver translating business requirements into technical solutions •Proven track record of delivering successful technical solutions •Comfortable with frequent travel to meet with partners and customers •Passionate about driving success through channel partnerships
