• Enjoy working in a team environment • Ambitious and driven to create new business opportunities • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills • At least 3-7 years of full-cycle sales experience • Experience in the Enterprise space and DevOps • Knowledge of the industry with years of software sales experience • Experience managing both existing and new customers • Practice effective communication with management and partners • Track record of quota attainment • Strong business development background and experience in opening new logos • Experience with MEDDPICC, Salesforce, and storytelling techniques
