📋 Description

• Odeko is seeking a creative and results-driven Manager of Demand Generation & Digital Marketing to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for Barista Underground (BU). • Responsible for managing our eCommerce demand generation agency and executing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing paid media performance and developing compelling content to enhance customer acquisition and retention. • Focus will be on campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, click-through rates, and email engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or paid media. • Proven ability to develop and execute paid digital campaigns across multiple channels. • Experience in managing creative design and copy output, creative copy development, and brand management is strongly preferred. • Strong analytical skills with experience optimizing ROAS, CAC, and campaign engagement metrics. • Experience managing agencies and working with third-party marketing partners. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and HubSpot. • Ability to create marketing content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams.
