โ€ข Founded in 2007 by the creators of Kali Linux, OffSec (formerly Offensive Security) is a leading SaaS company specializing in cybersecurity training, workforce development, and professional education. โ€ข Our world-class platform provides hands-on learning and cyber range capabilities, helping organizations of all sizes bridge the cybersecurity talent gap. โ€ข With customers in over 150 countries and team members across 40+ nations, OffSec operates as a truly global company, offering a collaborative, flexible, and remote-first culture. โ€ข We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive (AE) to drive growth in Japan. โ€ข You will be responsible for acquiring, expanding, and managing relationships with large enterprise customers across industries such as finance, technology, manufacturing, and government. โ€ข This role requires a proactive, consultative salesperson with experience in B2B enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, or workforce training solutions. โ€ข You will work closely with enterprise customers and channel partners to build a strong market presence and drive revenue growth.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

โ€ข 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales in B2B SaaS, e-learning, or cybersecurity training solutions. โ€ข 3+ years of selling cybersecurity solutions to enterprise customers. โ€ข Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, particularly in new business development and high-value enterprise deals. โ€ข Experience selling six-figure enterprise SaaS, e-learning, or technical training solutions. โ€ข Strong experience engaging with C-level executives and security leaders. โ€ข Ability to navigate complex sales cycles, leveraging solution selling methodologies like MEDDPICC, Challenger, CoM, or Win by Design. โ€ข Partner & Channel Sales Experience โ€“ ability to leverage alliances to accelerate revenue. โ€ข Proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree required; MBA is a plus.
