• Founded in 2007, OffSec is a leading SaaS company focused on professional and workforce development in cybersecurity. • You will be a primary quota carrier and part of a high-performing Americas strategic sales team. • This role requires a smart, high-energy sales professional with an entrepreneurial mindset. • Manage and create new partnerships, follow up on sales leads, up-sell customers, and develop new opportunities. • Establish vision and plan to guide a multi-term approach to accounts. • Consistently deliver ARR targets while enhancing customer experience. • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline and drive bookings. • Expand relationships and orchestrate complex deals with diverse stakeholders. • Champion OffSec's products to prospective clients during presentations and demonstrations. • Maintain an accurate monthly sales forecast.
• 7+ years of direct enterprise sales experience selling B2B enterprise SaaS, e-learning, or technical training solutions to enterprise companies across LATAM. • 4+ years selling cybersecurity solutions • Previous experience utilizing partners, channels, and alliances to sell more successfully and overachieve your quota. • Measurable track record in new business development and over-achieving sales targets. • Experience in successfully selling during the market creation phase. • Proven track record of successfully closing six-figure B2B SaaS, e-learning, or technical training solutions to prospects and customers in the enterprise space. • Experience in the “C” suite, strong executive presence and polish, and excellent listening skills. • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques; knowledge of MEDDPIC, Challenger, or Win by Design methodologies is a plus. • Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus or equivalent experience. • MUST be located in Mexico City, Mexico.
