• OLAPLEX, Inc. is an innovative beauty company • Responsible for strategic and tactical planning of manufacturing to support Innovation • Maximize service level performance of vendors for on-time project delivery • Provide weekly procurement updates and manage production timelines • Close partnership with Global Procurement Manager and departments for raw materials and production
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or equivalent education and experience • 3+ years’ progressive experience within new product introduction, procurement, and production planning within a global supply chain • NetSuite experience is desired • Good understanding of Supply Chain Metrics • Experience managing and directing external partners with day-to-day priorities and assisting to resolve problems • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams efficiently and effectively to resolve issues and proactively communicate needs • Background in managing different facets of production from start to finish • Demonstrates proactive problem-solving • Detail oriented with strong follow through skills - able to organize and prioritize multiple projects • Has a sense of urgency in managing time and while accomplishing tasks • Must have intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office products and ERP system • Ideal candidate has beauty experience and/or passion and excitement for the beauty category
