• Oversee performance and strategy of product categories • Collaborate with Country Managers to support local market needs • Drive growth and profitability through effective category management • Establish workflows for standardized category management • Continuous improvement of the VTP by category • Partner with teams to enhance category strategies and product availability • Build reporting on business performance by product, categories & brands • Own business P&L by product categories
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • Proven experience in eCommerce and/or category management fields • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions • Strict attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects & tasks at a time • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Results oriented • Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently
