• Oversee the performance and strategy of specific product categories • Act as the business owner for those categories across multiple countries • Collaborate with Country Managers to support local market needs • Drive growth and profitability through effective category management approach • Monitor and manage category performance metrics • Establish workflows to promote standardized category management • Partner with Country Managers and teams to tailor category strategies to local markets • Partner with Product teams to strengthen categories within the website • Provide feedback on seller hunting with Sourcing teams • Partner with Marketing teams to enhance catalog strategies
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • Proven experience in eCommerce and/or category management fields • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions • Strict attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects & tasks at a time • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Results oriented • Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently
