Description

• Omada Health is on a mission to inspire and engage people in lifelong health, one step at a time. • As a Salesforce (SFDC) and Gainsight Analyst, you will enhance customer experience and support B2C marketing efforts. • Your expertise will drive implementation and optimization of customer-centric solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce administration and development, and 3+ years with Gainsight in a B2C environment, preferably within digital health or similar industries. • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) a must and Gainsight Administrator certification are highly desirable. • Strong understanding of customer experience strategies and B2C marketing principles. • Proven ability in data analysis, process automation, and solution optimization. • Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of turning data into actionable insights. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Experience with the digital health industry and regulations, such as HIPAA compliance, is a plus.
