• OmniOn Power is looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) as part of our expansion plans for EMEA region. • The RSM is responsible for success in a region, expressed in terms of increased customer engagement and effective sales of standard/custom power products within targeted applications. • The RSM will work closely with our partners and maintain relationships with key players at strategic accounts. • This position will also be focused on driving a specific segment in order to drive our diversification efforts within the region. • The RSM is based out of Germany and work out of a home office. • This position reports to the EMEA Region Leader.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial sales role in the power industry with 3 years minimum with a designated territory. • The successful candidate should be able to communicate effectively in both German and English • Position requires the ability to travel within the region an average of 60% of the time during a typical workweek. • Engineering degree in Electrical or Electronics preferred • Fluency in French, Italian or Spanish preferred • Experience in telecom, datacom or EVDC Fast charging industries • Understanding of DC Power architectures for Communications, Data center, and industrial markets. • Experience working within a consultative sales process. • Requires strong oral and written communication skills to negotiate with, and influence customers regarding major sales campaigns. • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others • Ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact while coordinating several projects simultaneously. • Effective problem identification and solution skills with proven analytical and organizational ability. • Proficient with Microsoft office programs and Salesforce.com. • Tenacity, flexible, and a Customer-focus
